My work has focused on a well rounded tool chest of Polarity Therapy energy work, advocacy, social justice and all powerful LOVE. I work within a deep commitment to empower clients in their own personal healing journey. I am the owner of Sage Ridge Retreats/Herbal Alchemy and have offered transformational healing both one on one and in groups. I also currently work as a CPS in mental health advocacy.
