Hello! I'm an advanced student of Polarity Therapy with the Polarity Therapy Institute in San Francisco. I help people soften their thoughts, ease into meaningful rest, and restore fluid connectivity. This promotes more clarity, vitality, and peace within to enjoy for themselves and to radiate upon their loved ones and the world through balanced and responsive actions aligned with their heart.

I use they/them and she/her pronouns and have experience working with LGBTQ individuals. I have a background in physical theater, Psychology (University of California at Berkeley), and Expressive Arts Counseling (California Institute of Integral Studies). I live in Berkeley, CA with a wonderfully curious and energetic canine companion with whom I like to take for frequent walks.
