I provide each person with an individualized intuitive polarity therapy experience to promote both inner and outer healing. I am guided by an integrative approach to address the whole person including mind, body and spirit. I am deeply passionate for this work and have also personally experienced the transformative and life changing power of polarity therapy, which led me to learn and offer this modality to others. I receive polarity therapy and energy healing regularly to keep my vessel clear in order to provide the best healing experience possible to my clients. We must always give from an overflowing cup! I am also a mental health and substance abuse therapist, reiki master teacher, and integrate sound healing, crystal work and aromatherapy into sessions if guided to do so. Many blessings to you!
