I've been using Polarity Therapy alongside my osteopathy work since my training in 1997. It has informed my overall approach to treatment and has proved invaluable in treating patients who have experienced trauma, chronic pain or stress-related symptoms. As I've moved more towards helping people with chronic pain, anxiety and grief, Polarity Therapy has become more central to my hands-on work, along with postural balance and breath work. It's still astonishing to me and to my patients/clients what powerful and long-lasting shifts it can produce - Magic.
