My work as a polarity practitioner has changed over the many years of my practitionership and experience. I am highly educated in Craniosacral and nervous system anatomy. My work is trauma informed with body based phenomena guiding healing breath work and all the principles to work within our ethics and guidelines as well as educate others. The ethics in my work and sessions offers integrity not only to me but to my clients on many levels and offers a value that is healing and restorative. My continual curiosity and my work in craniosacral and polarity offers me inspiration in all my sessions and even in my life as I live it more fully.
