I have been practicing Polarity Therapy with clients since 2016. I think Polarity is the framework that has best allowed me to understand myself through healing, and has helped me become a practitioner from a place of consciousness. My practice is small and intentional, and I am just starting back up after making a move during the Pandemic from New York City up to the Hudson Valley. In terms of my clientele, I am also a new mother, and my intention is to work with mothers and new babies.
