In my work, I particularly appreciate the gentle approach. I work with many children with Down syndrome, and I intend to work with pregnant women, where this is even more important. I would like to share information about the quality of gentle work with the body, emotions and energy as a potential in achieving health in all its aspects. My goal is to strengthen power and awareness. I especially appreciate methods that contain an educational element and help the "partner/client" better understand themselves and personal develop, even when contact with the therapist is no longer necessary.
