I am interested in healing myself and learning about the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit. As an Academic Tutor and Library Scientist, I also support children in developing an awareness of this relationship through literacy and research skills. My personal interests are nature, herbal medicine, Yoga and Kemetic Yoga and the philosophy associated with Yoga, the Medu Neter, and reflexology. I worked at an apothecary and taught several workshops in herbal medicine.
