I currently rent space and facilitate donation-based sessions in Long Island, NY. My sessions consist of communication and body work. I am also a certified Health Coach, yogini, and have always had an avid thirst for astrology. Polarity Therapy has funneled all of my passions into one healing modality that I am grateful to be utilizing and learning. This practice teaches me to fine tune myself like an instrument so that I may be of service to hold space for others process and self awareness.
