My work is rooted in somatics, the practice of bringing conscious awareness to the body that is central to many Indigenous healing traditions and has more recently been popularized in Europe & the U.S., and Polarity Therapy, an integrative health system developed in the early 20th century by Dr. Randolph Stone, an osteopath, chiropractor, and naturopath who was informed by understandings of the energetic body from Ayurveda, Daoism, Western astrology, and other traditions.
