My background as an acrobat has given me a very good knowledge of human anatomy and a good appreciation of body dynamics, being aware that the body can hold both to physical and emotional injuries. I combine shiatsu with techniques that have acquired over the years from other disciplines, such as cranio-sacral therapy, sports massage and movement. I am now studying reflexology and polarity therapy. Due to my background and experience, I am able to prescribe bodywork and specific exercises to aid recovery, as well as self-help techniques to further enhance the sessions.
