I have been certified in Massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki for 23 years. After studying Polarity Therapy I have come to believe that it is the foundation or the container that holds all other modalities of bodywork. I appreciate that Polarity works with the whole person using bodywork, personal process and energetic nutrition to help individuals find their personal balance of Mind, Body and Spirit. I am interested in working with women in transition. During any transition phase in life, facilitating the movement of energy throughout the body is important for success.
