My main focus working with Polarity Therapy is the deep understanding of life and the movement from energy into form via Transmutation involving embodiment. Clients go through empowerment health awareness processes to connect deeply to their higher self and the essence of their etheric blueprint and learn how to transmute through all elements and to manifest, mainly through counseling embodiment, hands on polarity and polarity yoga etc.
