I am a holistic RN with over 12 years experience using coaching, diet, and mind-body interventions with patients to enhance and support you reaching your health and wellness goals. As a polarity therapist and RYSE Practitioner, I have 5-7 years experience in the field. As a energy healer (reiki master) over 5 years. I am committed to continuing education and emphasize the therapeutic relationship and energetics over touch in my sessions. I do not do a lot of hands on work as of present, and prefer to focus on Advanced Polarity/RYSE and coaching and teaching at this time. I am available for in person and distant sessions.
