Personal growth classes for professionals and all ages above 18 yrs with HS diploma! Polarity Nutrition, Polarity yoga strong focus and Polarity body work techniques taught. Workshops focusing on emotional release techniques.

At the end of this course you will have the skills necessary to offer sessions to help others become aware of the movement of energy in their bodies and use of that energy to facilitate healing.
